Biography
Dr. Eklund has nearly 25 years of experience in Hematology and Oncology. He is committed to creating a patient-friendly practice where patients are seen promptly, receive results efficiently, and have timely access to their care team. He has consistently scored in the top 10% nationally on his Hematology and Oncology board examinations.
Dr. Eklund has extensive experience treating all types of cancer as well as benign hematologic disorders. His particular clinical interests include pancreatic, esophageal, lung and colorectal cancers, melanoma, multiple myeloma, and lymphomas.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Eklund enjoys spending time with his wife and children—and their lively household of four dogs: a German Shepherd, two Dachshunds, and a Yorkie.
